This episode of GrazeCast is for anyone who has ever struggled to find confidence in where to spend their time...

Which should include everyone who has ever been in business!

The curse of being a driven person is that you likely have an endless list of ideas, projects, and strategies you'd like to pursue.

But because your time is a finite resource, you can't do it all. You have to pick and choose.

That's why we want to introduce you to a framework that has significantly improved the overall speed and confidence in our decision-making.

It's called I.C.E., and it works by subjecting all of your opportunities to the filter of three simple 1-10 scoring questions.

The opportunity that ends up with the highest score is likely where you need to focus!

It's like a math equation for prioritizing. Which, is helpful because numbers tend to be more objective than the ole "gut-check".

To quote the productivity guru; David Allen: "You can do anything, but not everything". With the I.C.E. framework, you can make choosing your "Anything" a little more simple.
